摘  要:以‘桂淮2号’淮山药为供试品种,以矮壮素(CCC)与羟季铵·萘合剂(氯化胆碱CC+萘乙酸NAA)为供试药剂,探索不同种类及浓度植物生长调节剂(组合)对南方地区淮山药生长中后期叶片光合作用的影响。结果表明:喷施2250 mg·L^(-1)矮壮素(CCC)能延缓淮山药叶片叶绿素含量的下降趋势,提高叶片的气孔导度、蒸腾速率,显著提高净光合速率,有利于加速淮山药块茎干物质的合成和积累。说明喷施矮壮素能有效改善淮山药中后期生长的光合作用。This study was carried out to research the effects of different plant growth regulators(combination) on photosynthesis of yam (D/- oscorea opposita Thunb. ) in South China at the middle-late period of tuber growth. Plant growth regulators, viz. chlormequat chloride(CCC) and CC (choline chloride) + NAA (naphthalene acetic acid) were applied. Yam variety Guihuai 2 was used as the control in this study. The results showed that spraying CCC at concentration of 2250 mg/L could slow down the decrease of chlorophyll content in leaves, improve stomatal conductance, transpiration rate and net photosynthetic rate, which were beneficial for the formation and accumulation of dry matter in tuber. It could he concluded that spraying CCC could effectively improve photosynthesis of yam at the middle-late period of tuber growth.
