摘 要:以中科院位于新疆天山中部巴音布鲁克的长期围栏封育样地为研究对象,研究长期围拦封育对亚高山草原土壤养分空间变异特征的影响。结果表明:①围栏内0—20cm土壤碱解氮和速效钾含量均值分别为107.69和277.53mg/kg,20—40cm土壤碱解氮和速效钾含量均值分别为75.22和127.52mg/kg。围栏内土壤碱解氮和速效钾变异系数分别为23.88%、29.8%、22.43%、33.74%;围栏外0—20cm土壤碱解氮和速效钾含量均值分别为120.77和285.371mg/kg,20—40cm土壤碱解氮和速效钾含量均值分别为83.08和137.36mg/kg。围栏外土壤碱解氮和速效钾变异系数分别为23.58%、33.97%和29.43%、42.88%。②围栏内上层和下层土壤碱解氮和速效钾含量块金值和基台值之比分别为100%、2.97%、40.10%、0.06%;围栏外上层和下层土壤碱解氮和速效钾含量块金值和基台值之比分别为9.37%、1.75%、11.28%、49.99%。③土壤碱解氮、速效钾在水平空同分布呈现出不均匀性。围拦内土囊碱解氮、速效钾含量空间分布水平低于围栏外,从空间插值图来看,围栏内外0-20cm土壤中碱解氮、速效钾含量高的位置,其20—40cm层含量却相反。综上可以看出,围栏内碱解氮和速效钾含量在水平方向的变异都低于圈栏外;垂直方向碱解氮和速效钾含量围拦内外上下层均为中等变异,碱解氮和速效钾含量围拦内上下层变异系数分别表现为大于和小于;水平方向碱解氮含量上下层变异程度大于围栏外上下层变异程度,且围拦内上层空间相关性很弱,围栏内下层和围栏外上下层具有强烈的空间相关性。水平方向圈拦内速效钾含量上层变异程度大于围栏外上层变异程度,且囤栏内上层具有中等空间相关性,圈栏外上层具有强烈的空间相关性;速效钾含量围拦内下层变异程度小于�Taken long-term fencing sterile sample located in central Xinjiang Tianshan Bayinbuluke as the study area, we studied the long term effect of enclosure on the characteristics of spatial variation of soil nutrient in subalpin grassland. The results showed that : (i) Inside the fence 0 -20 cm soil alkaline hydrolysis nitrogen content mean for the average nitrogen and potassium content was 107.69 and 277.53 rag/ kg, respectively, while 20 -40 cm soil alkaline hydrolysis and soil available potassium content was 75.22 mg/kg and 127.52 mg/kg, respectively. The coefficients d variation was 23.88 %, 29.8 %, 52.43 %, 33.74 % respectively outside the fence and inside the fence. Outside the fence 0 -20 cm soil alkaline hydrolysis nitrogen content mean for the average nitrogen and potassium content was 120.77 mg/kg and 285.37 mg/kg, respectively. 20 - 40 cm soil alkaline hydrolysis and soil available potassium content was 83.08mg/kg and 137.36 mg/ kg, respectively. The coefficients of variation was 23.58 %, 33.97 %, 29.43 %, and 42.88 % respectively outside the fence and inside the fence. (ii) In the enclosure of the upper and lower soil alkaline hydrolysis nitrogen and potassium content and the nugget-sill ratios were 100 %, 2.97 %, 41.10 % ; and 0.06 %, respectively. The outside enclosure of the upper and lower soil alkaline hydrolysis nitrogen and potassium content and the nugget-sill ratios were 9.37 %, 1.75 %, 11.28 %, and 49.99 %, respectively; (iii) soil available nitrogen and potassium in the horizontal spatial distribution of heterogeneity, the inner fence, soil available nitrogen, available potassium in the spatial distribution of lower than outside the fence, and from the spatial interpolation map view.
