摘 要:山火导致的输电线路跳闸故障给电网的安全稳定运行带来了严重威胁。为了有效评估输电线路山火跳闸风险,文章基于中分辨率成像光谱仪(Moderate-resolution Imaging Spectroradiometer,MODIS)卫星和美国国家海洋大气局(National Oceanic and Atmosphere Administration,NOAA)卫星遥感数据以及气象预报数据提取了火点、阻隔物、风速等信息,提出了考虑季节因素对植被可燃性影响的火头蔓延速度修正模型,给出了山火蔓延范围估算方法,建立了考虑植被平均高度与三分之二处杆塔高度差的线路跳闸风险评估模型,为评估山火跳闸风险奠定了理论基础,对提高电网抵御山火灾害能力具有重要意义。Transmission lines' trip failures due to wildfires lead to serious threats to the security and stability of power grids. For effective risk assessment of transmission lines' trip failure due to wildfires, this paper extracted the related information including fire points, barriers, and wind speed, via the MODIS and NOAA satellite remote sensing data and weather forecast data. Considering the influence of seasonal factors on vegetation flammability, the corrected model of flame spread speed was proposed. The trip risk assessment model was established considering the difference between the vegetation average height and the two third of the tower height, laid a theoretical foundation for assessing the risk of bushfire trip. Finally, the achievements of this research can improve the ability of withstanding bushfire of power grids.
