基于云计算技术的地区电网调控一体化备用系统

摘　　要：目前国家电网公司省调已建立了一主一备模式的独立备用调度中心,但是地县一体化、多主一备备用调度建设模式尚处于探索阶段。为适应地县电网发展和"调控合一"的形势,完善公司五级调度的备用调度体系,更好地满足调度应急工作需要,文章研究基于分布式存储、虚拟化、并行计算等云计算关键技术,结合多主一备的建设模式,提出基于云计算技术的地区调控一体化备用系统解决方案(云备调),实现了备用系统第二汇聚点前置采集、统一服务平台、统一模型维护、主备切换、主备同步、省为地备等功能,可同时支持9个主调一体化备用,达到了多地县电网调控系统多主一备的一体化备用效果,降低备用建设投资,提高备用调度建设水平。At present, province-level power dispatching centers of SGCC have established the independent standby dispatching center under the main standby mode; however, the mode of region-county integration and multiple masters and one standby is still in the exploratory stage. To adapt the situation of county power grid development and the integration of dispatching and controlling, complete the company＇s five-stage standby dispatching architecture for meeting the needs of emergency dispatching work, this paper studies the key technologies of cloud computing including distributed storage, virtualization and parallel computing, and proposes the solution scheme of clouding computing based regional dispatching/controlling integration reserved system combining the construction mode of multiple masters and one standby. The system implements a couple of functions, including pre-acquisition of the secondary convergent point, unified model maintenance, main standby switch, the synchronization of master and standby, using the provincial dispatching center as the regional standby, which can support the integration of nine masters and one standby synchronously. The proposed solution has reached the integration effect of multiple masters and one standby for the region-county power grid dispatching/controlling system, reduced the construction investment of standby centers and enhanced the construction level.
