摘  要:小电流接地选线系统的信息交互涉及配电自动化和配电管理系统2个紧密相关的领域,需要跨越IEC 61850和公共信息模型(Common Information Model,CIM)国际标准,由于2个标准的设计是从不同方面描述各自的数据和结构,因此存在信息集成问题。对此,文章提出了基于IEC61850和CIM标准协调的小电流接地选线系统全模型方案。利用IEC 61850进行小电流接地选线系统功能建模,并利用变电站配置描述语言(Substation Configuration description Language,SCL)工具进行配置;根据模型中各逻辑节点的功能,在CIM模型中找到对应的类进行映射,再对其属性进行配置,生成CIM XML文档,最终实现信息的交互,可以为配电自动化全模型应用提供参考。Information interaction of small current grounding line selection system involves distribution automation and distribution management system, across two international standards, IEC 61850 and CIM. Due to the IEC 61850 and CIM standards were designed for different application fields, their data and structure are different, which caused the problem of information integration. In this paper, a method of the whole model based on IEC 61850 and CIM for small current grounding line selection system is proposed to achieve the harmonization of these two standards. The IEC61850 modeling techniques was adopted, the SCL configuration tools was used. According to the function, each logical node in IEC 61850 was mapped into corresponding class in the CIM model, then after the configuration on its properties, CIM XML documents can be generated, the interaction of information was realized finally. It can provide a reference for the distribution automation whole model application.
