摘　　要：中医的传承与发展离不开中医高层次人才的培养,中医研究生作为中医高层次人才的后备军,创新能力是中医研究生培养的根本。本文以中医研究生创新能力培养现状为切入点,从影响中医研究生创新能力的内部和外部因素进行分析和归纳,探讨中医研究生创新能力培养的途径。The inheritance and development of Traditional Chinese Medicine（TCM）cannot be separated from the cultivation of high level talents of TCM graduate student of TCM TCM is a reserve force of high level talents,the innovation ability is the basic training of graduate student of TCM.In this paper,we take the present situation of the innovation ability of graduate student of TCM as the breakthrough point,the paper analyzes the internal and external factors that influence the innovation ability of graduate student of TCM,and discusses the way to cultivate the innovation ability of Chinese traditional medicine.
