摘  要:水轮发电机水力不平衡已成为目前引发水轮发电机组振动的主要原因,严重影响了机组的稳定性运行。高坝洲电厂机组属于半伞式结构,记录并跟踪机组三导轴承的瓦温及摆度变化趋势对于了解汛期机组运行稳定性至关重要,同时也作为机组检修后评估的一个重要参考指标,其对应的趋势图为厂站运行值班人员对设备异常运行分析及事故处理的重要依据。Matlab作为一个功能强大的工具软件,提供了丰富的绘图命令,很方便实现三导轴承瓦温及摆度趋势图的可视化,它以矩阵作为数据操作的基本单位,且无须预先指定举证的维数(动态定维),命令与数学中的符号、公式非常接近,编程效率高,可读性强,便于推广。Presently , the hydraulic imbalance has become the main reason for the vibration of hydro -turbine generator units, which will seriously affect their stable operation .The generator units in Gaobazhou Hydropower Station is of the half umbrella structure .The recording and tracking of the temperature and swinging of three guide bearings are of great importance for the monitoring of their operation stability in flood season .Also, as an important references for the mainte-nance, the recorded trend diagrams are crucial for the analysis and treatment of abnormal operation of equipment .Thus, the Matlab software , a powerful tool which is of advantages such as high programming efficiency and readability , is used to visualize the monitoring data .Practical issues in the application of the Matlab are demonstrated .
