摘 要:目的:探讨高原低氧环境中增压辅助训练手段对运动员氧运输能力的影响.方法:采用文献资料、跟踪实验等方法以16名世居或久居高原的中长跑男子运动员为研究对象,对其4周增压辅助高原训练期及2周观察期间氧运输能力的红细胞(RBC)、血红蛋白(HB)、红细胞压积(HCT)等的变化情况进行研究.结果:实验组红细胞(RBC)、血红蛋白(HB)、红细胞压积(HCT)在实验期间持续下降,并在进仓实验结束后(第4周)下降到最低值,且红细胞(RBC)与基础值相比差异显著(P<0.05),而对照组在整个实验阶段较为平稳,变化幅度不大,无显著性差异.结论:高原低氧环境增压辅助训练使机体对红细胞要求量减少,EPO的表达可能受到抑制.Objective:Discussion of the impact of altitude training aid for athletes supercharged oxygen transport capacity.Methods;Using literature,experiments and other methods to track 16 native men or middle-distance athletes living in plateau for the study,its auxiliary booster four weeks of altitude training and oxygen transport capacity during 2 weeks of observation of red blood cells(RBC),hemoglobin research(HB),hematocrit(HCT) and other changes.Results;Experimental group erythrocytes(RBC),hemoglobin(HB),hematocrit(HCT) continued to decline during the experiment and after the end of the experiment Jincang(4 weeks) down to the lowest value,and red blood cells(RBC) with the baseline phase significant than the differences(P0.05),while the control group is relatively stable throughout the experimental stage,it changed slightly,no significant difference.Conclusion;Altitude hypoxia training so that the body of the auxiliary booster required to reduce the amount of red blood cells,the expression of EPO may be inhibited.
