摘　　要：目的探究低血糖症的院前急救措施,加强对低血糖症患者的早期诊断和治疗,提高院前急救的能力和预后效果。方法回顾性分析2015年11月—2016年3月该120急救中心接诊的292例低血糖危象患者的临床资料,对所有患者的资料进行统计分析,包括临床处理方法及措施。结果所有低血糖患者发病时血糖水平普遍偏低,平均2.1mmol/L,治疗后血糖水平提高至1.3～7.6 mmol/L,平均血糖3.52 mmol/L。该次研究中显效86例,有效132例,无效70例,死亡4例,总有效率为74.66%。结论院前急救对低血糖症患者的治疗效果显著,提高低血糖患者的预防意识,早期治疗,可以提高治疗效果,减少死亡率。Objcetive Explore hypoglycemia pre-hospital emergency measures to improve the ability of pre-hospital care and prognosis. Methods Retrospective analysis of clinical data of 120 emergency center admissions of 292 cases of hypoglycemia in patients with crisis. Results All incidence of hypoglycemia in patients with blood glucose level is generally low,an average of 2.1 mmol/L, raise blood sugar levels after treatment to 1.3~7.6 mmol/L, average blood glucose 3.52 mmol/L.In this study 86 cases markedly effective 132 cases, ineffective in 70 cases, 4 deaths, the total effective rate was 74.66%.Conclusion Pre-hospital emergency treatment of hypoglycemia in patients with significant awareness of hypoglycemia prevention, early treatment can improve the therapeutic effect and reduce mortality.
