公平感对农民工集群行为的影响研究——基于平等意识的调节效应分析

摘　　要：由于制度排斥和社会比较,作为城市社会底层的农民工群体易产生不公平感,引发集群行为。随城镇化进程推进,农民工公民权意识觉醒为其集群行为产生了催化作用。本文基于资源动员论和公平理论,结合理性与非理性解释框架,构建针对农民工的集群行为系统解释框架。应用2013年S市的农民工调查数据,探讨农民工集群行为产生的非理性因素——公平感和平等意识的直接影响及调节作用,以及理性因素——流入地资源整合的影响作用。研究发现,不公平感知和平等意识对农民工的集群行为参与均有正向影响;同时,平等意识在公平感对集群行为影响的调节作用显著。农民工集群行为动员依赖于地缘关系,而流入地的政府和正式组织并未起到控制作用。政府需要在经济社会转型进程中,及时调整涉及农民工权利的政策和规则,最大限度地保证社会公平,合理引导农民工的平等意识,以确保社会稳定和可持续发展。The objective of this paper is to illustrate and examine the direct effect of injustice sense and equality awareness to immigrant peasant's collective action. And to examine the moderating effect of equal awareness. Based on resource mobilization theory and fairness theory,this paper combined the rational framework and emotional framework,construct a system interpretation framework of collective action. An empirical research,by using 2013 immigrant peasant' survey data,explore the impact of resource integration,injustice sense,and equality consciousness,and considerate the moderating effect of equal awareness. The analysis shows that,the mobilization of migrant workers' collective action depends on the social network of fellow-townsman,and formal organization had not played a controlling role. Unfair perception and equal awareness both have positive effect on collective action equal awareness plays a moderating role in the impact of perceived justice to collective action. The integrated interpretation framework to collective action in this paper is not only applicable to immigrant peasant,it also have promotion to general population. In this paper,the explanatory variables are established for immigrant peasant specifically. In the future,it can select more general variables to establish a general model,which is applicable to wider range groups. The government needs to adjust policies and regulations in time to matching the awakening of migrant workers' equal awareness. Guaranteeing social justice in the maximum degree,to ensure social stability. This research is combined the rational and non-rational explanation to collective action,based on equity theory and resource mobilization theory,established a systematic interpretation framework. The integrated interpretation framework had more explanatorypower in collective action,which is a complex process.
