收入差距、社会资本与幸福感的经验研究

摘　　要：本文利用CFPS数据,通过构建Ordered Probit和IV Probit模型,系统分析了收入差距、社会资本及其交互作用对居民幸福感的影响,并解析了其背后的作用机制。研究结果表明:收入差距的扩大会导致居民幸福感的下降;社会资本对居民幸福感的提升具有积极的正面影响,同时能够减缓收入差距对居民幸福感的不利影响,而这种积极效果主要发生在农村地区。收入差距主要通过教育和医疗资源的配置不均进行传导来影响居民幸福感,而社会资本主要通过社会资本变迁和社会阶层差异两个方面的传导机制来减缓收入差距对居民幸福感的不利影响。本文结论对于加强教育和医疗资源的均衡分配,创造城乡居(农)民的机会均等及公平的社会环境,打破行业垄断提供了重要的经验证据支撑,同时对于缓解贫富差距和提高居民对幸福的认同感具有重要的现实意义。The objective of this paper is to illustrate the impact and the mechanism of the income gap,social capital and their interaction on the happiness by taking the Ordered Probit and IV Probit model to analysis the relationship of each other which based on the data of CFPS. The analysis reveals that:Income gap enlargement will reduce personal well-being,and social capital has a positive effect on the promotion of personal happiness and can reduce the negative impact of income gap on individual happiness,and its positive effect is mainly produced in rural areas. Through the further analysis of the income gap and social capital to the individual's happiness sense of conduction mechanism,income gap mainly act on happiness through the allocation of education resources and medical resources;Meanwhile social capital mainly slow down the adverse effects of income gap to individual's happiness sense via two aspects for the change of social capital and social stratum difference. The paper provides an important empirical evidence to support for the government managers strengthening the balanced allocation of education and medical resources,creates a fair social environment and gains the equal opportunity between the urban and rural residents. Besides,it has an important practical significance to alleviate the gap between the rich and the poor,and to improve the residents' sense of happiness identity.
