头孢克洛缓释胶囊在手足软组织感染治疗中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的探讨头孢克洛缓释胶囊在手足软组织感染治疗中的应用价值。方法将山东省寿光市人民医院2012年10月至2015年10月收治的65例手足软组织感染患者完全随机分为2组，观察组（33例）给了头孢克洛缓释胶囊0．75g，口服，2次／d；对照组（32例）给予氨苄西林胶囊0．75g，口服，3次／d。2组均治疗10d。比较2组感染控制时间、伤口愈合时间、临床疗效及不良反应发生率。结果观察组控制感染时间与伤口愈合时间均短于对照组[（4．9±1．2）d比（8．3±2．2）d、（11．5±2．6）d比（18．6±3．2）d]，差异均有统计学意义（均P〈0．05）。观察组总有效率明显高于对照组[97.0％（32／33）比68．8％（22／32）]，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。观察组用药后不良反应发生率明显低于对照组[0．0％（0／33）比18．8％（6／32）]，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论在手足软组织感染临床治疗中应用头孢免济缓释胶囊，可有效控制感染，缩短伤口愈合时间，临床疗效明显，且未出现不良反应。Objective To explore the value of cefaclor sustained-release capsules in treating soft tissue infection on hand and foot. Methods Totally 65 patients with soft tissue infection on hand or food fi＇om October 2012 to October 2015 were randomly divided into observation group （33 cases） orally given cefaclor sustained-release capsules （0.75 g, 2 times/d） and control group （32 cases） orally given ampicillin capsule （0. 75 g, 3 times/d）. The treatment lasted for 10 d. The control infection time, wound healing time, clinical curative effect and adverse reactions were compared between groups. Results The infection control time and wound healing time in observation group were significantly shorter than that in control group [ （4.9 ± 1.2） d vs （8.3 ±2.2） d, （ 11.5 ±2.6） d vs （ 18.6 ±3.2） d I （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The total effective rate in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group [97.0% （32/33） vs 68.8% （22/32） ] （P 〈 0.05 ）. The incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was not significantly lower than that in control group [0.0% （0/33） vs 18.8% （6/32）] （P〈0.05）. Conclusion In hand and foot soft tissue infection, cefaclor sustained-release capsules can effectively control the infection and shorten the wound healing time, with significant clinical curative effect, and has no adverse reactions.
