浅谈改善农村人居环境

摘　　要：改善农村人居环境,是全面建成小康社会,促进经济发展和社会稳定的体现及基础。本文主要结合农村人居环境存在的人居环境脏乱差、环境基础设施建设滞后、资金投入不足、宣传教育滞后等问题,提出五方面具体对策:加强顶层设计和统筹规划;加强污水、垃圾处理及配套基础设施建设;加强农村环境综合整治,建设美丽宜居乡村;拓宽投融资渠道,建立长效运行机制;加大宣传教育力度,提高农民环保意识等,以期为农村人居环境改善提供一些决策参考与建议。Improve the rural residential environment, is build a well-off society, promoting economic development and social stability and Foundation. In this paper, combined with the rural residential environment dirty and messy, environmental infrastructure construction is lagging behind, insufficient capital investment, publicity and ＇education lags behind etc. , put forward specific measures in five areas, providing some suggestions for the improvement of rural residential environment.
