摘　　要：某市政污水处理厂采用改良SBR工艺,在调试期间,由于除磷效果差,出水不能达到国家标准。通过监测实际进出水水质,调节SBR及除磷的运行工艺参数,最终找到稳定运行的最优参数,使出水水质达到了《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB18918-2002)一级A标准。The effluent from a municipal WWTP, with modified SBR process, cannot meet the national standard because of poor phosphorus removal in commissioning. By monitoring the wastewater quality and improved the operating parameters of the SBR process, the effluent can meet the ＂urban sewage treatment plant pollutant discharge standard＂ （GB 18918-2002） level a standard.
