摘　　要：阐述精细化护理的特点及其信息获取最小努力原则的适用性,将最小努力原则应用于医院图书馆,为护理人员在精细化护理过程中提供个性化信息服务,通过护理人员满意度的调查指出开展精细化护理信息服务的作用。The paper elaborates on the characteristics of refined nursing and the applicability of the principle of least effort to acqui- ring information. It applies the principle of least effort in hospital libraries and provides individualized information services for nursing personnel in the process of refined nursing. Upon the satisfaction survey of nursing personnel, it indicates the significance of performing refined nursing information services.
