摘　　要：育儿胜任感是用于评价父母照顾孩子能力状况的新颖指标，近几年逐渐成为护理领域新的研究热点。临床通过提高父母育儿胜任感，不仅满足了其育儿需求，也显著降低了围产期各种医疗问题的发生，从而提高了临床妇幼保健水平。因此，本文针对育儿胜任感影响因素进行研究综述，以期为临床护理人员提供参考。Parenting competence is a new index to evaluate the parents′ ability to take care of their children and it gradually becomes a new research focus in the field of nursing. It not only meets the demand for child care, but also significantly reduces the occurrence of various medical problems during perinatal period by improving parents′parenting competence so as to enhance the level of maternal and child health care. So this paper aims to state the factors of sense of competence and provide a reference for clinical nursing staff.
