手术室专科护士循证能力现状调查及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的：调查哈尔滨市三级甲等医院手术室专科护士实施循证护理能力的现状，探讨其影响因素。方法采用“循证实践知信行问卷”对哈尔滨市6所三级甲等医院143名手术室专科护士进行问卷调查，并分析人口社会学特征对其循证护理能力的影响。结果手术室专科护士循证护理行为、态度及技能的总分为（122.82±18.67）分，各条目平均得分为（5.08±1.38）分，其中循证护理态度得分最高；学历和手术室工作年限是手术室专科护士循证护理能力的影响因素（P〈0.01）。结论哈尔滨市三级甲等医院手术室专科护士的循证护理能力总体处于中等水平，仍有提高的空间；循证护理能力受多种因素影响，护理管理者及培训者应采取有针对性的措施，提高手术室专科护士循证护理能力。Objective To explore the status quo of evidence-based practice nursing among nurse specialist in operating rooms in level three class A hospitals in Harbin, and to explore its influencing factors. Methods Questionnaire survey was conducted to a total of 143 professional nurses in operating rooms of 6 level three class A hospitals in Harbin with “evidence-based practice knowledge, attitude, behavior” questionnaire, and influences of population sociology features on their nursing ability was analyzed. Results For all the nurse specialist in operating rooms, total score of evidence-based nursing practice, attitude and skill was （122. 82 ± 18. 67）, with average score of each item （5. 08 ± 1. 38）. The highest dimension score was attitude. Educational background and working years in operating rooms were influencing factors of evidence-based nursing on nurse specialist in operating rooms（P 〈0. 01）. Conclusions Generally, the evidence-based nursing among nurse specialist in operating rooms of level three class A hospitals in Harbin stay in medium level and still needs to be improved. The evidence-based nursing among nurse specialist in operating rooms is influenced by various factors. Nursing managers and trainers should take effective measures to improve the evidence-based nursing ability among nurse specialist in operating rooms.
