摘  要:目的:探讨象鼻式吸痰管对脑卒中非人工气道患者临床应用的效果。方法选取神经内科80例脑卒中非人工气道患者,按入院顺序分为观察组与对照组各40例,对照组使用普通型吸痰管,观察组使用象鼻式吸痰管,对比两组吸痰管吸痰效果及气道黏膜损伤情况。结果象鼻式吸痰管一次性痰液吸净率94.05%,明显高于普通吸痰管的61.52%,而且象鼻式吸痰管气管黏膜损伤率3.57%,低于普通吸痰管的20.38%,差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。结论对于脑卒中非人工气道患者,象鼻式吸痰管具有更好的吸痰效果且黏膜损伤发生率大大降低,值得推广。Objective To explore the application effects of elephant trunk sputum suction tube in stroke patients with non artificial airways. Methods A total of 80 stroke patients with non artificial airways in Department of Neurology were randomly divided into observation group (40 cases, elephant trunk type suction tube) and control group ( 40 cases, conventional type suction tube ) according to the hospital order. The effectiveness of sputum suction and injury of airway mucous were compared between two groups. Results The one-time clean suctioning rate of sputum in observation group (94. 05%) was higher than that in control group (61. 52%). The damage ratio of airway mucous in observation group (3. 57%) was lower than that in control group (20. 38%). There were significant differences in effectiveness of sputum suction and injury of airway mucous between two groups (P〈0. 05). Conclusions Trunk type suction tube can improve sputum suction effects and reduce the incidence of airway mucous injury in stroke patients with non artificial airway. It is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
