摘　　要：自体动静脉内瘘是维持性血液透析患者的生命线，妥善保护血管通路，延长内瘘使用时限，是血液透析护理的重要内容。中医中药因其“简、便、廉、验”的总体特色，在自体动静脉内瘘护理中得到了广泛的研究和应用，取得了不少成果。本文对这些成果进行了梳理，内容涉及相关传统中医技术及中药应用的功效、方法、疗程、注意事项等，以期为该领域的进一步研究和应用提供参考。Autogenous arteriovenous fistula is the lifeline of maintenance hemodialysis patients, properly protect vascular access;extend the time limit for AVF is an important content of hemodialysis nursing. Traditional Chinese medicine,because of its “simple,convenient,cheap and effective” general characteristics, within the autogenous arteriovenous fistula in nursing, has been widely researched, applied, and achived a lot of results. This paper generalizes the overview of these results, and the content involves the related technology and application of TCM′efficacy, methods, courses and notice, so as to provide reference for further research and application of the field.
