不同高温浆体中螺杆钻具定子衬套的摩擦规律

摘  要:定子橡胶衬套的磨损易导致螺杆钻具工作效率降低或过早发生失效。为研究钻井工况下橡胶衬套的摩擦磨损特性,对定子橡胶衬套在干磨状态以及不同浆体介质中的状态进行了摩擦学试验,并对橡胶磨损量进行称量。试验结果表明:在干磨和各浆体介质中,中低载荷和低转速情况下,橡胶的摩擦因数随着载荷和转速增大而减小,橡胶的磨损量随载荷和转速的增大而增大;在浆体介质中,橡胶磨损量随泥浆密度的增大而增大。衬套的磨损机理主要表现为滞后磨损、氧化降解和微切削作用磨损。The abrasion of the stator rubber lining easily led to the premature failure of the screw drill and lower efficiency.The tribological experiments of the stator rubber lining were carried out in dry mill state and different muds to study the friction and wear characteristics of rubber lining in drilling conditions,and the rubber wear was measured by using electronic measuring scales.The results show that:under low load and speed conditions,the friction coefficient of the rubber decreases with the increase of the load and the speed in each slurry and dry grinding medium.The amount of wear of the rubber increases with the increase of load and speed;in mud medium,the amount of wear rubber also increases with the increase of mud density.The wear mechanism was mainly affected by lagged wear,oxidation degradation and micro-cutting action wear.
