揿针治疗交感神经型颈椎病疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察揿针治疗交感神经型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法将77例交感神经型颈椎病患者随机分为治疗组37例和对照组40例。两组取穴相同,治疗组采用揿针疗法治疗,对照组采用常规针刺治疗。治疗2个疗程后,比较两组临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为91.9%,对照组为92.5%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论揿针是一种治疗交感神经型颈椎病的有效方法,患者依从性较好。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of thumbtack needle acupuncture in treating sympathetic cervical spondylosis. Methods Seventy-seven patients with sympathetic cervical spondylosis were randomly allocated to a treatment group of 37 cases and a control group of 40 cases. The same acupoints were selected in the two groups. The treatment group received thumbtack needle acupuncture and the control group, conventional acupuncture. The clinical therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups after two courses of treatment. Results The total efficacy rate was 91.9% in the treatment group and 92.5% in the control group; there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups（P〉0.05）. Conclusions Thumbtack needle acupuncture s is an effective way to treat sympathetic cervical spondylosis. The patients have good compliance.
