摘  要:目的调查初次献血者与重复献血者酶联免疫及核酸检测结果,为献血招募策略提供相关依据。方法对2015年2~11月137 641份无偿献血者酶联免疫及核酸检测结果进行分析比较。结果初次献血者酶联免疫及核酸检测不合格率高于重复献血者,除ALT外4项血清学检测结果二者差别有统计学意义(P〈0.05);但核酸检测不合格率二者差别无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论重复献血者的合格率高于初次献血者,是相对安全的血液,但仍存在一定的残余风险。酶联免疫及核酸相结合应用于血液筛查,进一步提高了临床输血的安全性。Objective To investigate the results of enzyme linked immunosorbent assay and nucleic acid detection in primary blood donors and repeat donors. Methords The results of enzyme linked immunosorbent assay and nucleic acid detection of 137 641 blood donors from February 2015 to November 2015 were analyzed and compared. Results Primary blood donors, enzyme linked immunosorbent assay and nucleic acid detection unqualified rate is higher than the repeated blood donation who, in addition to alt four serological test results of the difference between the two has statistical significance(P0.05), but nucleic acid testing unqualified rate difference between the two was not statistically significant(P0.05). Conclusion The qualified rate of repeated blood donors is higher than that of the first blood donors, it is relatively safe blood, but there are still some residual risk. Enzyme linked immunoassay and nucleic acid were used in blood screening, which further improves the safety of clinical blood transfusion.
