从情报学视角看“城市病”:一个新的解析与应用

摘　　要：[目的/意义]随着大数据时代的到来,情报研究在"城市病"诊治中扮演着重要角色。从情报学视阈出发,探讨大数据背景下情报学与"城市病"问题在理论与实践上的关联性,既有助于拓展新的情报服务领域,也可以丰富当前"城市病"研究的内涵与外延,以更好地定位智慧城市发展方向。[方法/过程]文章在总结"城市病"相关研究现状的基础上,从情报学六大基本原理出发,探讨了新信息环境下情报学基础理论、相关情报研究与"城市病"现象之间存在的内在关联性,进而从情报学学科视角提出"城市病"诊治的相关策略与具体路径。[结果/结论]立足"大情报观"有利于更加立体地观测"城市病"症状,实现服务下延、双边沟通。目前来看,情报学在"城市病"诊治问题中的已有基础和潜在贡献仍然需要进一步的开发与利用。[Purpose/Significance] With the advent of the era of big data, intelligence research plays an important role in the diagnosis and treatment of urban disease. From the perspective of intelligence studies, this paper discusses the relevance between intelligence studies and urban disease in theory and practice under the background of big data. The study can expand intelligence service and enrich the conno-tation and denotation of urban disease research, so as to orientate the development direction of smart city. [ Method/Process] Based on summing up the interrelated theory and research status of urban disease, the paper firstly probes into the inner correlation between the intel-ligence research and the phenomenon of urban disease from the six basic principles of intelligence studies under the new information envi-ronment. And then the paper puts forward the strategy or specific path of the diagnosis and treatment of urban disease from the perspective of subject area. [ Result/Conclusion] Based on the idea of macroscopic intelligence, relevant government departments can increase their understanding of the urban disease symptoms with stereoscopic observation, and realize the bilateral communication service for citizens. For now though, the existing foundation and potential contribution of intelligence studies in diagnosis and treatment of urban disease still require further development and utilization.
