在线医疗社区参与双方行为对知识交换效果影响的实证研究

摘　　要：[目的/意义]在线医疗社区中网上咨询效果受多种因素影响,从知识交换角度探讨网上咨询效果与参与双方行为的关系,以便采取有效措施提高网上咨询效果。[方法/过程]研究在已有理论基础上提出在线医疗社区知识交换量、信任、成本、收益与知识交换效果的关系,并将患者的知识交换成本细分为编码时间成本和等待时间成本。以好大夫在线为样本,利用网络数据采集程序得到1701条数据,使用SPSS对数据进行多元回归分析。[结果/结论]研究结果表明:双方各自的知识交换量、患者对医生信任、患者的收益对交换效果有积极促进作用,患者的等待时间成本和医生编码成本对交换效果有负向作用,而患者编码时间成本和医生收益对交换效果作用不明显。[Purpose/Significance] The online consulting effect of online medical community is influenced by several factors. This study aims to research the relationship between online consulting effect and participants＇ behaviors from the perspective of knowledge exchange in order to take effective measures to improve online consulting effect. [ Method/Process] Based on the existing theory, the study explores the relationships between the knowledge exchange quantity, trust, cost, earnings and the knowledge exchange effect, and subdivides the patient＇s knowledge exchange cost into encoding time cost and waiting time cost. Taking haodf. com as an example, a SPSS multiple re-gression analysis of the 1701 pieces of data collected via a data acquisition application program is conducted. [ Result/Conclusion] The result shows that the knowledge exchange quantity of the participants, patient＇s trust to the doctor, and patient＇s earnings have a positive in-fluence on knowledge exchange effect. Patient＇s waiting time and doctor＇s encoding time have a negative impact on knowledge exchange effect, while patient＇s encoding time and doctor＇s earnings have no impact on it.
