摘 要:文章针对防水黏结层破坏而引起的桥面铺装早期病害,选取常用的防水黏结层材料进行研究。首先确定了调平层表面采取拉毛、刻槽和植石措施时的改性沥青最佳洒布量,其中拉毛和刻槽为1.4~1.6k/nf,植石为1.6~1.8kg/1222,然后在最佳洒布量条件下对黏结层抗动水冲刷性能进行研究。结果表明:采用植石措施的结构抗剪强度明显高于拉毛和刻槽措施下的结构抗剪强度;温度和水对防水黏结层的抗剪强度和黏结强度影响显著,随着温度的升高,结构抗剪强度和黏结强度均显著降低,在40℃水浴条件下达到最低;温度同样是黏结层抗动水冲刷能力的重要影响因素。In view of the early disease of bridge deck pavement caused by the damage of waterproof binding course, the pavement performance of common waterproof binding course was studied. First- ly, the optimum spraying volume of modified asphalt under different treatments of the leveling course was determined, among which the picking and notch groove treatments were 1.4-1.6 kg/m2, and the stone-implanted treatment was 1.6-1.8 kg/m2. Then the anti-erosion performance of the waterproof binding course under the optimum spraying volume of modified asphalt was studied. The results show that the shear strength under the stone-implanted treatment is much larger than those under the pick- ing and notch groove treatments; the temperature and water are the important factors that influence the shear strength and bond strength of the waterproof binding course, with the increase of tempera- ture, the shear strength and bond strength reduce significantly, reaching the minimum under the wa- ter bath of 40℃ ; the temperature is an important factor that influences the anti-erosion ability of the waterproof binding course.
