摘　　要：在国防和军队改革逐步展开、军民融合发展战略深入推进的背景下,分析了在车辆维修保障改革进程中,军选民用乘坐车辆如何依托地方维修机构进行维修服务,同时结合工作实践阐述了维修服务招标采购的流程及维修管理应把握的主要问题。The reform of our army and our national defense demands further civil-military integration in this field. It is becoming imperative that the maintaining and repairing service of the civilian vehicles be provided by local civilian maintenance institutions. This paper elaborates on the process of the maintenance service procurement and emphasizes the issues that should be noticed during the process.
