摘　　要：分析了战役装备机关的地位作用和建设中存在的短板弱项,并结合当前实际及未来作战需求等多种因素,从塑造意识形态基础、强化优良素养支撑、着眼人才全程培养、健全制度机制建设4个主要方面,提出了加强战役装备机关队伍建设的对策。This paper analyzes the positions and roles of battle equipment agencies and the defects in the construction of the agencies. Then,it puts forward the strategies to enhance the team construction of battle equipment agencies from four main aspects,including modeling the foundation of ideologies,strengthening the supports of excellent qualities,fostering talents during the process and enhancing the construction of systems and mechanisms.
