摘  要:本文研究了用刮片式流化冰制冰系统从液态溶液开始到生成一定量的流化冰的制取过程特性。实验以氯化钠溶液和乙二醇溶液为制冰介质,在不同质量分数及不同流量的条件下,测取了制冰过程中的溶液(流化冰)及制冰系统等参数,据此计算并分析了制冰溶液质量分数、制冰循环流量等对过冷度,流化冰制冰性能等的影响。In a scraped surface ice slurry system, the process of ice slurry producing from initial solution at room temperature to a certain amount of ice slurry made was investigated. In the experiment, two kinds of solutions, sodium chloride solution and ethylene glycol solution, were adopted as ice producing medium. Operating parameters, such as temperatures of solutions, supercooling degrees under different concentrations of solutions and various flow rates, were tested. The influence of various concentrations of sodium chloride and ethylene glycol solutions under various flow rates was investigated.
