摘  要:F级先进燃气轮机机组在清洁发电技术领域有较多应用,为有效提高机组运行安全性及可靠性,需针对燃气轮机系统尤其是燃烧室特性进行多层次建模分析。本文首先采用整体模块化建模方法,以三菱公司M701F型机组为研究对象,结合机组实测数据,研究了燃机设计/非设计工况性能,掌握了环境条件、IGV控制及排气温度等变量因素对机组特性影响规律。结合系统模型分析结果,针对该机组先进的多喷嘴旋流燃烧室搭建线性网络模型,研究燃烧室的热声稳定性,结果给出了燃烧筒内存在的平面波及周向声波等多种模态形式,与机组实际特性能够较好地吻合,进一步分析了M701F机组特有的旁路阀结构对于燃烧室模态稳定性的影响。A large number of MHI701F engines are used for power generation under a clean energy requirement. From an accumulation of operation data and by modelling and analyzing the overall engine and combustion stability, the reliability of the gas turbine can be more specifically considered. An integrated modular model, which can be regarded as a supplementary method of researching the operating conditions, cost reduction, efficiency improvement etc., is established. Among the common dry low NOx combustion techniques, the thermoacoustic instability have become an important challenge, linear network model can be used to research the formation and development of the acoustic modes, providing a reference in order to avoid this phenomenon. In this work, the Matlab software is used to establish an overall model of a MHI701F gas turbine following actual operating data. Changes on conditions such as IGV, flow etc. are considered. On the other hand, this paper examines the stability of the MHI701F combustion chamber using the linear network modelling, discussing the occurrence of planar and circumferential waves within the combustion chamber, analyzing the effect of the bypass opening on the mode stability.
