海南岛石斑鱼刺激隐核虫病发病规律调查

摘　　要：采用定点采样检测和重点区域重点检测的方法,调查了2014—2015年间海南岛主要石斑鱼养殖区刺激隐核虫病的发病情况和流行规律。结果显示,石斑鱼刺激隐核虫病总体发病率稍微降低,其中,点带石斑鱼、斜带石斑鱼、豹纹鳃棘鲈最容易寄生暴发刺激隐核虫病;从石斑鱼养殖区发病地理位置分析,刺激隐核虫病主要集中在文昌到万宁等东部沿海地区;从流行季节分析,当水温低于25℃时文昌至万宁沿海每年的春夏、秋冬之交均会大量发病,在琼海欧村、万宁港北均出现大量暴发而导致整塘死亡的个案。In this paper,fixed point,sampling detection and key regional focus detection method were adopted to investigate Cryptocaryon irritans disease incidence and epidemic regularity on the main grouper culture zones of Hainan island from 2014 to 2015. The results showed that,overall risk of nearly two years grouper C. irritans trypanosomiasis slightly reduced;Epinephelus malabaricus,E. coioides and Plectropomus leopardus were most likely to outbreak C. irritans disease. C. irritans disease mainly concentrated in the eastern coastal areas,such as Wenchang to Wanning. The outbreak of the disease had close ties to the water temperature for pond aquaculture belt grouper,inclined belt grouper and cement pond aquaculture leopard gills spines perch came on all the year round,but when the water temperature was less than 25℃ as the turn of the spring and summer or the turn of autumn and winter every year,Wenchang to Wanning coastal area had a lot of disease,in Qiong Hai Oucun,Wanning port,there was large outbreak and death in the pond.
