珠江三角洲农用地资源集约利用评价——以林地为例

摘　　要：珠江三角洲地处南方集体林区,林业发展具有显著的区域特征。评价和分析珠江三角洲林地可持续利用水平,对于缓解林产品供需矛盾,促进地区协调发展具有重要的指导意义。在对珠江三角洲林地可持续利用内涵界定的基础上,建立生态-社会-经济评价指标体系,运用熵值法构建评价模型,定量评价该区域1992—2012林地利用系统可持续性动态变化。结果表明,该区域大多数年份处于不可持续利用阶段,系统内部在多个年份不协调,生态可持续水平低以及社会、经济系统的波动性是造成这一现象的根本原因。As the Pearl River Delta is located in the southern collective forest area where forestry development has remarkable regional characteristics,evaluation and analysis of woodland sustainable utilization level on the Pearl River Delta has the important guiding significance to alleviate the contradiction between supply and demand of forest products,promote the regional coordinated development. In this paper,on the basis of connotation definition about sustainable utilization of woodland in the Pearl River Delta,by establishing ecological - social - economic evaluation index system,using entropy value method to construct evaluation model,the quantitative evaluation of sustainable utilization system dynamic changes during 1992-2012 in this region was made. Results showed that in most of years,the region was at the stage of sustainable utilization,but inner system was uncoordinated in more than one year,and low level in ecological sustainability and volatility of social and economic system were the fundamental reasons.
