城镇化中“化人”的新解

摘　　要：人的城镇化是一种以"人"为中心的新型城镇化,而实现新型城镇化的关键就是如何"化人"。本文在综合其他学者对化人的理解基础上指出:要真正实现城镇化的"化人",城镇必须有充足的吸纳能力与融合能力,让外来农民工不管是在制度保障方面,还是心理归属等方面都能真正融入城市。People＇ s urbanization is a new type of urbanization with people as the center, while the key to achieving the new urbanization is how to change people. Based on the understanding of other scholars on the basis of understanding of the people, this paper points out that in order to truly realize the urbanization of the people, the town must have adequate absorption capacity and integration capabilities to let the rural migrant workers in cities can adapt to the city in such aspects as the system guarantee, psychology affiliation,etc.
