摘 要:利用测雨雷达进行降雨监测和面雨量计算具有时空分辨率的优势,可以提高洪水预报的精度和时效性,在现代水文研究中正起着越来越大的作用。而雷达强度资料质量是影响最终雨量计算结果准确性的一个重要因素。以安徽四创电子股份有限公司生产的SCXD-03雷达2013年在淮河流域的外场试验观测资料为例,通过雷达质量指数算法将影响雷达强度资料质量的主要因子——波束展宽、波束遮挡、地物杂波、电磁波衰减等,以距离库为单元按0~1的取值范围量化处理,以此对雷达资料质量进行定量评估。The application of precipitation radar to estimating area precipitation has great potential in modern hydrology for its high space-time resolution,which can improve the precision and timeliness of torrent forecasting.The quality of radar reflectivity data is one of important influence factor in the quantitative precipitation estimation(QPE).In this paper,based on the field observation on experiment in Huaihe River in 2013 by SCXD-03 Radar made by Anhui Sun-Create Electronics Co.,Ltd,the influences of beam broadening,beam shielding,ground clutter contamination,and attenuation of electromagnetic energy by hydrometeors on the quality of radar measurement are evaluated by the radar quality-index algorithms that are able to identify and estimate the amount of contamination.The output result that ranges between zero and one is encoded on a pixel-by-pixel basis into quality-index fields.The method of improvement radar reflectivity data quality is also presented according to these research achievements in the end.
