大学生公益创业的困境及对策探讨

摘　　要：大学生公益创业是国家创新创业发展战略的重要组成部分。作为一种新的创业模式,大学生公益创业教育开辟了深化高校人才培养、服务社会的新途径,更代表了大学生新的就业前景。然而,大学生公益创业在实践中却遇到了诸多困境,导致本应蓬勃发展的新事物,在实际运作中步履维艰。针对大学生公益创业存在"创业内涵不同、操作标准不一、发展状况不均衡、组织发展无序"等现状,通过对温州大学生公益创业基地的调研与实践研究,提出以市场为导向的"高校主导、政府推动、社会参与"的具有温州"敢为人先"创业特质的协同实践模式,以解决大学生公益创业的动力、困境、策略等问题。"校政企社"社会协同策略,在实践中以较少的投入带动更多的社会资源参与公益,能够为大学生公益创业实践提供一种可行的范本。College students＇ social entrepreneurship is an important part of national developmental strategy of creative entrepreneurship. As a new entrepreneurship model, social undergraduate entrepreneurship education has paved a new way for furthering talent development and social service, and what＇ s more, it represents a new prospective for college students＇ employment. However, college students＇ social entrepreneurship has encountered lots of dilemmas in practice, which severely hinders what promises to be prospering. This paper, based on current situations as to different creation connotation, varied operational criteria, imbatanced developmental conditions and unordered organizational development, combined with a practical study of college students＇ social entrepreneurship bases in Wenzhou, puts forward a regionally characterized and market-directed coordinate practice mode featured by university domination, government promotion and societal participation, thereby to solve such problems as motivation, dilemma and strategy in college students＇ entrepreneurship. The strategies embedded in this mode can set a nracticable model for college student＇ s social entrepreneurship.
