摘　　要：文章分析高速公路项目投资风险的来源和分类,借鉴生物免疫系统原理,剖析高速公路项目投资风险管理与免疫应答过程的映射关系,基于三大模块:抗原识别、增殖分化、免疫效应,构建高速公路项目投资风险免疫应答模型,为投资风险管理研究提供新的方法。The sources and categories of highway project investment risk have been analyzed, and via borrowing princi ples of biological immune system the mapping relationship between highway project investment risk management and the process of immune response has been analyzed. Based on three modules--antigen recognition, proliferation and differentiation, a kind of immune response mode has been suggested for highway project investment risk management, which providing a new method for the investment risk management research.
