摘　　要：目的调查奥曲肽临床应用情况,评价其合理性,以促进临床合理用药。方法选取2015年1~12月医院使用奥曲肽的住院患者289例,对奥曲肽的用药指征、用法用量、疗程、停药指征等情况进行统计及分析。结果289份病例涉及12种用药指征,但均与消化系统疾病有关,用药剂量平均为（0.80±0.40）mg/d,疗程平均为（5.60±4.89）d,多以临床症状缓解、可进食流质为停药指征。结论临床应用奥曲肽过程中,其适应证、用量、疗程不适宜的现象普遍,需要采取相关措施进行规范,以保证患者用药的安全、有效、经济。Objective To investigate and evaluate the clinical application of Octreotide in order to promote its rational usage. Methods The medical records of 289 inpatients who were randomly selected from those taken Octreotide from January to December in 2015 were collected and analyzed to evaluate the rationality of usage from the aspects of indications,dosage,duration,withdrawal indication and so on. Results The reasons for application of Octreotide referred to twelve types of diseases,but all have related to disease of digestive system. The average dosage was 0. 80 ± 0. 40 mg / d,and the average duration was5. 60 ± 4. 89 d. When the clinical symptoms were relieved or patients could take fluid diet,Octreotide would be withdrawalled in mostly cases. Conclusion There were many differences between the clinical application and the introduction or documents of Octreotide in the aspects of indications,dosage,and duration and so on,and it needs to take some measures to promote the rational usage of Octreotide.
