综合康复治疗用于老年糖尿病合并抑郁症患者的临床效果

摘　　要：目的观察综合康复治疗用于老年糖尿病合并抑郁症患者的临床效果。方法选取老年糖尿病合并抑郁症患者126例,随机分为观察组与对照组各63例。2组均予常规药物治疗原发病,在此基础上,对照组接受常规康复治疗,观察组则配合综合康复治疗法。比较2组HAMD、SDS评分、治疗依从性及生化指标。结果观察组HAMD、SDS评分低于对照组,依从性高于对照组(P<0.05)。2组生化指标均有所改善,且观察组改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论综合康复治疗用于老年糖尿病合并抑郁症患者可有效缓解其负面情绪,提高依从性,疗效确切,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the effect of comprehensive rehabilitation therapy on elderly patients with diabetes and depression. Methods 126 cases of elderly patients with diabetes and depression were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 63 cases in each group. The 2 groups were given conventional drug treatment of primary disease,on this basis,the control group received routine rehabilitation treatment,the observation group was treated with comprehensive rehabilitation therapy. Comparison of 2 groups of HAMD,SDS score,treatment compliance and physiological indicators. Results The observation group HAMD,SDS score was significantly lower than the control group,the compliance was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. The physiological indexes of the 2 groups were improved,and the observation group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Comprehensive rehabilitation therapy for elderly diabetic patients with depression can effectively alleviate the negative emotion and to improve compliance,curative effect,worthy of clinical application.
