中西医结合治疗开放性胫腓骨骨折及并发症预防的效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察中西医结合治疗开放性胫腓骨骨折及并发症预防的效果。方法选取开放性胫腓骨骨折患者104例,遵照患者意愿分为观察组及对照组各52例。2组均接受清创及抗感染等常规处理。观察组在此基础上接受中医药物治疗。比较术后2个月2组临床效果及并发症发生情况。结果观察组总有效率96.15%,明显高于对照组的80.77%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后并发症发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗开放性胫腓骨骨折临床效果显著,安全性高,可有效促进骨折愈合,降低术后感染及各类并发症发生率,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of open fractures of tibia and fibula and prevention of complications. Methods 104 cases of open fracture of tibia and fibula were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the wishes of the patients,52 cases in each group. The 2 groups were treated with debridement and anti infection. On this basis,the observation group received traditional Chinese medicine treatment. Observe and compare the clinical effects and complications of the 2 groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96. 15%,significantly higher than that of the control group（ 80. 77%）,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）; The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of open fractures of the tibia and fibula has a significant clinical effect,high safety,can effectively promote the healing of fractures,reduce postoperative infection and the incidence of various complications. Worthy of clinical popularization and application.
