摘  要:研究目的:京津冀协同发展要求交通先行,铁路作为一种重要的交通方式,其发展规划必须受到重视。本文在分析当前河北省铁路规划现状的基础上,为满足京津冀一体化发展对交通的需求,指出河北省进行铁路交通规划模式研究的必要性。研究结论:(1)运用全域分层联合和模糊评价的方法,建立一体化大交通规划模式,即"全域布局、分层设置、先干后支、由粗到细、模糊评价、层次优化";(2)基于提出的铁路网规划模式,提出了以"两环四纵四横"为骨架的河北省铁路大交通规划方案;(3)运用模糊评价法评价了河北铁路大交通规划方案的合理性和有效性;(4)本研究成果可为区域铁路规划提供一定的参考。Research purposes: The coordinated development of Beijing- Tianjin - Hebei requests traffic ahead. The development of railway, as an important mode of transportation, must be taken seriously. On the basis of analyzing the current status of railway planning in Hebei province, this paper puts forward the necessity of research on the railway traffic planning model in Hebei province, in order to meet the needs of development of traffic integration of the Beijing - Tianjin - Hebei region. Research conclusions: ( 1 ) This paper sets up an integrated transport planning model, combining global hierarchical and fuzzy evaluation, namely " global layout, hierarchical settings, from trunk to branch, from coarse to fine, fuzzy evaluation, hierarchical optimization". (2) This paper puts forward Hebei province railway transportation planning framework of the "two ring four vertical and four horizontal", based on the railway network planning model. (3) The rationality and validity of the large traffic planning scheme of Hebei railway is evaluated by using fuzzy evaluation. (4) This research result can provide a reference for regional railway planning.
