摘 要:试验旨在研究秋冬季节超长笼养蛋鸭舍内不同区域环境参数特征,以及对蛋鸭生产性能的影响。分别选择舍内距离进风口0m(进风端)、33m、66m以及100m(出风端)处检测温度与湿度、NH3和CO2、气载需氧总菌、气载大肠杆菌以及气载金黄色葡萄球菌浓度。结果表明:蛋鸭笼养舍内温湿度、NH3和CO2以及各检测类型气载细菌浓度均由进风端至出风端显著上升;气载需氧总菌浓度介于5.07~5.74lg(CFU/m3),气载大肠杆菌浓度介于3.71~4.74lg(CFU/m3),气载金黄色葡萄球菌浓度介于4.39~5.56lg(CFU/m3);出风端蛋鸭产蛋率与料蛋比略差于其它位置,但差异不显著。表明秋冬季节超长蛋鸭笼养鸭舍内不同区域环境参数存在明显差异,研究结果对蛋鸭笼养实施更精细化的管理具有指导意义。This study was designed to investigate the changing patterns of environment parameters in extraordinarily long duck house from fall to winter,and their impacts on the laying duck production performance in cage.Within 100 mlong duck house,temperature,relative humidity,ammonia and carbon dioxide concentrations,airborne total aerobe,Escherichia coli,and Staphylococcus aureus were determined at 0m(air inlet),33 m,66m,100m(air outlet)from air inlet,together with duck laying rate,feed intake and feed efficiency.The results showed that:temperature,relative humidity,and the concentrations of ammonia,carbon dioxide,total aerobe,E.coli and S.aureus in the air far from the air inlet all showed an increasing pattern.Airborne total aerobe content ranged from 5.07 to 5.74lg(CFU/m3),airborne E.coli content from 3.71 to 4.74lg(CFU/m3),and airborne S.aureus content from 4.39 to 5.56(CFU/m3).The laying rate and feed efficiency of duck in the air outlet were a little worse than other locations in the house,but not significantly.These results indicate that the environment parameters vary to the distance from the air inlet in the extraordinarily long duck house from fall to winter,which is significant and instructive for fine management of the laying duck in cage.
