摘　　要：针对JHML-T1000湿式复合机设备老化、维护困难、控制系统落后,且运行不稳定等诸多问题,对原有系统进行了升级改造。系统改造采用模块化设计思想,以三菱PLC为控制核心,以异步电机、变频器、磁粉制动器为拖动系统,运用张力PID调节和变频技术,实现了系统运行稳定、张力变化平稳、设备维护和升级改造方便的要求,提高了设备的生产效率。To solve the problems of the JHML-T1000 wet-type composite machine such as aging, difficult tomaintenance, backward of control system and instable when operating, the original system is upgraded afterreformed. Using the modular design ideas in the reformed system, MITSUBISHI PLC is used as the control corewith the induction motor, frequency converter, magnetic particle clutch as the drive system. And the use of tensionPID regulation technology and frequency conversion technology guarantee the system run stably, the tension changesmoothly and the convenience of the equipment to be maintained and upgraded or reformed, then the productionefficiency of the equipment is improved.
