手外伤患者的健康教育方法及效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨对手外伤患者开展健康教育的具体方法及临床效果。方法该次研究对象来源于该院2014年10月—2015年10月收治的手外伤患者380例,依据护理模式分组,其中对照组(n=190)开展常规护理,观察组(n=190)基于对照组加用全程针对性健康教育,比较两组护理舒适度、满意度及疼痛度。结果观察组舒适度为92.1%,满意度为97.4%,VAS评分为(4.5±1.0)分,均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对手外伤患者采用全程针对性健康教育效果优良,可提升护理满意度与增强患者舒适度,促进康复,值得推广。Objective To study the specific method and clinical effect of carrying out health education for patients with hand injury. Methods 380 cases patients with hand injury admitted and treated in our hospital from October 2014 to Octo-ber 2015 were selected as the research objects and divided into two groups with 190 cases in each according to the nursing model, the control group were given conventional nursing, the observation group were given full-range targeted health edu-cation, and the nursing comfort degree, satisfactory degree and pain degree were compared between the two groups. Results The comfort degree, satisfactory degree and VAS score in the observation group were respectively 92.1%, 97.4% and （4.5± 1.0） marks, which were better than those in the control group, P〈0.05. Conclusion The effect of full-range targeted health education for patients with hand injury is excellent and good, which can improve the nursing satisfactory degree, enhance the patient’s comfort degree and promote the patient’s rehabilitation and it is worth promotion.
