等级医院评审中建立临床护理质量评价体系的实践分析

摘　　要：目的探讨等级医院评审中建立临床护理质量评价体系的实践体会情况。方法分析重庆市合川区人民医院2014年2月—2016年3月临床护理质量评价体系实施前后资料,临床护理质量评价体系实施前组和临床护理质量评价体系实施后组。结果临床护理质量评价体系实施后组护理质量评分和满意度均高于临床护理质量评价体系实施前组,P<0.05,差异均有统计学意义。结论等级医院评审中建立临床护理质量评价体系可以明显提高临床工作质量和患者满意度,值得推广应用。Objective To study the practice and experience of building up clinical nursing quality evaluation system in the rank hospital accreditation. Methods The data before and after the implementation of clinical nursing quality evaluation system from February 2014 to March 2016 by Hechuan District People＇s Hospital of Chongqing were analyzed and divided into the pre-implementation group and the post-implementation group. Results The nursing quality score and satisfactory degree in the pre-implementation group were higher than those in the post-implementation group, P〈0.05 and the differ-ences had statistical significance. Conclusion Building up clinical nursing quality evaluation system in the rank hospital accreditation can obviously improve the clinical work quality and satisfactory degree of patients, which is worth promotion and application.
