摘　　要：通过对江浦街道的808位老人的问卷调查,了解老年人的用药情况,有针对性地给予合理干预指导,保障老年人的用药安全性。结果发现社区老人用药主要存在用药种类繁多、用药知识缺乏、用药行为随意三方面的问题,需要"家、医"双方合作,加大对于老年人用药知识的宣传,加强对于老年人用药行为的干预。To know the medication of the elderly by conducting a questionnaire survey of 808 old people in Jiangpu Street and give rational and target interventional guidance thus ensuring the medication safety of the elderly. The result shows that there are three main problems such as various types of medications, lack of medication knowledge, random medication be-havior in the community elderly medication, which needs the bilateral cooperation of home and doctor, at the same time, we should increase the promotion of medication knowledge and enhance the intervention of medication behavior of elderly.
