摘  要:目的研究孕产妇艾滋病知识知晓情况与相关影响因素。方法选取该院2013年6月—2014年6月进行产前检查的200例孕产妇为研究对象,采用调查问卷的方式对其进行调查,了解孕产妇艾滋病知识的知晓情况。结果200例孕产妇中,有70例孕产妇对艾滋病相关知识知晓度较高,占35%,130例对艾滋病相关知识的知晓度较低,占65%;相对于B组孕产妇来说,A组孕产妇的平均年龄较小,相对较高,两组之间的数据差异存在有相关的统计学意义(P<0.05)。A、B两组孕产妇的孕产次对比差异不存在相关的统计学意义(P>0.05);孕产妇的年龄以及文化程度上会在很大程度上影响其对艾滋病知识的知晓度。结论孕产妇艾滋病知识知晓情况较差,年龄以及文化程度上会在很大程度上影响其对艾滋病知识的知晓度,孕产次对其没有影响,在临床工作中要对孕产妇加强艾滋病相关知识的健康教育,进而在最大程度上提高孕产妇的艾滋病知识知晓率。Objective To research the awareness and relevant influence factors of AIDS knowledge of pregnant women. Methods 200 cases of pregnant women with prenatal examination in our hospital from June 2013 to June 2014 were select-ed as the research objects and were surveyed by the questionnaire, and the awareness of AIDS knowledge was known. Re-sults Of 200 cases, there were 70 cases with high awareness degree of relevant AIDS knowledge, accounting for 35%, and there were 130 cases with low awareness degree of relevant AIDS knowledge, accounting for 65%, and the average age in the group A was younger than that in the group B, and the difference between groups had statistical significance (P〈0.05), the difference in the gravidity and parity history between the two groups had no statistical significance(P〉0.05), the age and educational degree of the pregnant women furthest affected the awareness degree of AIDS knowledge. Conclusion The awareness of AIDS knowledge of pregnant women is worse, and the age and educational degree can furthest affect the awareness of AIDS knowledge but have no effect on the gravidity and parity history, in clinic, we should enhance health ed-ucation of relevant AIDS knowledge for pregnant women thus furthest improving the awareness rate of AIDS knowledge of pregnant women.
