简析基层卫生监督执法工作中存在的问题及对策

摘　　要：近年来我国卫生体制改革日益深入,虽然在一定程度上改善了基层卫生监督执法机制,但是目前相关的法律法规体系仍然存在一些缺陷和不足,实际工作中有很多问题。尤其是基层卫生监督执法工作开展过程中因为经费不足、欠缺卫生监督执法人员而严重影响了基层卫生监督质量。该文主要针对现阶段我国基层卫生监督执法工作中的主要问题提出了相应的解决对策。In recent years, with the increasing health system reform of our country, the primary health inspection enhance-ment mechanism is improved to a certain degree, but there are still some disadvantages and shortcomings in the relevant law and regulation system at present, and most issues exist in practical work. Especially in the development of primary health inspection enhancement work, the insufficient fund and lack of health inspection enhancement staff seriously affect the primary health inspection quality. The paper provides countermeasures of main issues in the primary health inspection enhancement work in our country at the present stage.
