摘 要:现代物流被称为"第三利润源泉"这一说法是在劳动力、自然资源之后提出来的,降低物流企业的成本能够保证这一利润源泉的实现。运输作为物流活动中最为重要的一个环节,货物在运输途中所耗费的运输成本占整个物流总成本的三分之一到二。由此可见,物流运输在物流活动中占有很重要的地位。所以,运输方式的选择是一个至关重要的物流决策。文中通过结合运输方式的技术经济特征,对不同运输工具的运输成本特点及运输成本结构进行比较分析。并通过运用运筹学中线形/非线形规划、图表等有关知识,建立数学模型,来避免不必要的运输,以此实现运输成本的优化。有利于帮助物流企业找到最经济适用的运输方式来运送货物,以此降低运输成本,提高企业竞争力。Modern logistics is called"the third profit source"This statement is,after labor,natural resources put forward,reduce the cost of logistics enterprises can ensure that this source of profits realized. Transportation logistics activities as the most important aspect of the cost of goods in transit transportation costs accounted for one- third of the entire total cost of logistics to two. Thus,logistics plays an important role in logistics activities. Therefore,the choice of mode of transport logistics is a crucial decision. By combining the technical and economic characteristics of the means of transport,transport cost characteristics of different means of transport and transport cost structure were compared. Through the use of operations research and knowledge in linear / non- linear programming,graphs,etc.,a mathematical model to avoid unnecessary transport,in order to achieve optimization of transport costs. Conducive to help logistics companies to find the most economical mode of transport to transport goods,thereby reducing transportation costs and improve the competitiveness of enterprises.
