摘　　要：福建自贸区的建设全面推开,但其目前整体情况为体量小、基础薄弱、以及区域辐射能力不足,文化保税区的定位不明确,目前存在的体制急需被改革;刚刚成立的福建自贸区缺乏高效的公务员队伍及相关专业人才,因此,更加开放的思维吸引人才也应引起足够的重视;福建对接台湾但网络化、集约化、专业化的现代物流服务体系尚未形成,因此构建闽台物流网络十分必要;为此,探索福建自贸区的现状,发现其不足并分析原因,提出对策方法。Comprehensive free trade area of Fujian province construction away,but the overall situation for the small size,weak foundation,and regional radiation ability is insufficient,cultural bonded area position is not clear,the existing system needs reform; Just set up free trade area of Fujian is lack of efficient civil servants team and relevant professional talents,therefore,a more open mind attract talent also should cause enough attention; Fujian Taiwan but networked,intensive,specialization of modern logistics service system has not yet formed,so it is quite necessary to build a logistics network between Fujian and Taiwan.Therefore,explore the present situation of Fujian FTA,found its deficiency and reason analysis,proposed countermeasures.
