摘　　要：政府采购是政府利用权力管理社会经济的一种方法,但权力的运行不可避免地伴有权力的寻租。寻租活动不仅会造成资源非生产性消耗,而且通过权钱交易产生官员腐败。文中以博弈论作为分析工具研究政府采购中的寻租行为,通过求解混合战略纳什均衡,给出各参数变量政策含义,进而给出对策建议。Government procurement is one of the methods that the government manages economic society by power.However,using power usually accompanies with rent- seeking. Rent- seeking will not only cause the waste of resources,but also lead to official corruption through the trade power. Based on the game theory,the essay aims to research the rent- seeking behavior of government procurement,explain the policy implications of parameters of the variable through solving mixed strategy Nash equilibrium,and give some suggestions.
