绿色发展新理念下的PPP模式创新实践研究

摘　　要：当前我国经济高速发展带来的环境问题也日益加剧。为顺应经济发展的需要,十八届五中全会中首次提出绿色发展理念。文中介绍了绿色发展理念及PPP模式的相关知识,并结合理论和应用实际,思考如何利用现有资源,有效发展经济的同时,做好生态环境保护工作。研究绿色发展理念环境下,PPP模式在相关产业中的创新应用,合理打造绿色环境领域PPP项目并促使其有效发展。Today,our country economy high speed development of the environmental problem is increasingly intensified. In order to adapt to the needs of economic development,the first time in the fifth Plenary Session of the 18 th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China put forward the concept of green development. This paper introduces the concept of green development and relevant knowledge of the PPP mode,and combining the theory and the actual application,think about how to make use of existing resources,effective economic development at the same time,to do a good job of ecological environment protection. The concept of green development environment,the PPP mode innovation application in related industries,reasonable to build a green environment PPP project and promote the effective development.
